Background

Jill E H Stirling formed Stirling Associates in September 1991. Due to demand a group of consultants and trainers were introduced, who as a team provide expertise in a wide range of skills. In January 1996, Stirling Associates opened a Training Centre in Solihull to provide an excellent off-site learning facility.

As a small professional Company, we are able to talk to you about your requirements and offer flexibility. We provide IT training, skills training, personal development and psychometric testing, such as Hogan.

We have a commitment to individual attention, which means we prefer the maximum number of delegates to be 8 but will train up to 12 depending on subject material.    One of our priorities is to encourage individuals to maximise their own strengths by using the products they are provided with. This will then awaken the potential of the most valuable asset - people!

We are very proud to say we are preferred suppliers for several large companies including Lombard, npower, Land Rover and Business Link, Solihull. Most of our trainers have sat the authorised Microsoft, Lotus or IPD examinations and are approved or credited in the products they teach in. More...
