Jill is a professional, enthusiastic, and capable individual with a background as an effective product and systems support Trainer. A conscientious team member with a strong track record of achievement, Jill is capable of working under pressure and using own initiative. Jill is very much a 'people person' with excellent communicative and interpersonal skills, having great empathy with delegates and gains enormous satisfaction in empowering delegates to learn new skills.

Mark

Mark is a popular and experienced IT Trainer, having expertise across many product ranges. Mark spends most his time with us delivering Project Management, Visio and Publisher courses. Mark has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and delivers an enjoyable course.


Deby

Deby is a versatile IT trainer, who has worked with us for nearly 9 years, and enjoys making courses fun, whilst learning. Prior to being an IT Trainer, Deby was a PA / Secretary. This background is now incorporated into the daily training courses to give "real life" situations. She is qualified with the Institute of IT Training (TAP) and also as a TDLB Assessor (D32, D33, D36). Deby's unusual qualification is Qualified Sign Language to Stage 3 level, which is incorporated within her daily training / communication skills.


Ros

Ros is the focal point of the Office and will often be the first person you talk to when you call. Ros deals with much of the administration and also looks after delegates during their time with us. Ros is also very creative and is an amazing artist in her spare time. Ros is very calm always cheerful and makes the best cup of tea ever!

Dave is an experienced IT Trainer, specialising in Microsoft Access and Excel. Dave is by nature a 'tecchie' but conversely also is extremely personable and popular with students. Dave delivers Visual Basic courses and also develops within Access and Excel and has a knack for explaining the most complicated terms in an easy to understand way.

John is a versatile and experienced Information Technology Trainer, having expertise in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation graphics and Email software packages. Capable at both the management and planning of IT requirements and the necessary hands-on instruction techniques. Demonstrating a successful career history, abilities are supported by appropriate qualifications. John has excellent people skills and is a very well-liked trainer.

Lynda is a very popular and excellent IT trainer and has worked with us closely for nearly 8 years. Her skills include course development and course delivery of many popular PC applications in both Microsoft and Lotus applications. Lynda is also an experienced 'Floor Walker' and enjoys assisting personnel at their desks with products such as Outlook and Lotus Notes.

Bryan

A fluent and persuasive communicator and trainer, experienced in all aspects of presentation skills at all levels. Bryan understands the need for flexibility in the approach to different learning needs and styles and is an experienced team builder and developer with well-proven skills in both leadership and facilitation at both the individual and the group level. He has an outgoing personality, experienced at counselling and facilitating the process of others in developing their personal goals, objectives and strategies. Successful as both an internal and external consultant, in researching and analysing organisational situations, devising strategies and plans for development, managing change and communicating the results. Bryan was previously employed by British Telecommunications and in his final position as Transmission Operations Manager he was responsible for a workforce of 150 staff. The role involved negotiation with Trades Unions, planning and managing the communications strategy and a culture change programme including the coaching and development of the managers and supervisors.

Andy is 44 years old, with a 19-year-old son and is an Art School trained designer and colourist. Andy previously worked commercially as a designer for some years within the print industry and is now an IT trainer. He is able to draw on this background extensively when delivering courses to provide satisfying and creative training for clients. Andy teaches Fine Art Printmaking at City College Manchester, and Multi Media Design and is also himself studying for a post-graduate certificate in education. He specialises in graphics training and has worked for a variety of IT companies.

Liz is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and undertakes on-going professional development, working with clients, developing training and related solutions to their business problems, including: management development systems and programmes, customer care initiatives, culture change programmes; appraisal / performance management schemes, training design and training of trainers, design & delivery of bespoke programmes for major UK training organisations, management system development and simplification, ISO 9001:2000

Ian is a very popular and enthusiastic technical trainer. He specialises in the Lotus suite of products and is a certified Lotus Notes Instructor. Ian likes a challenge and spends much of his time working on bespoke applications and development within Lotus Notes. He also works with Lotus Approach and Microsoft Access and is extremely approachable.

An experienced Middle Manager, with background in IT based skills, specialising in training and development of varying skill requirements. Capable of initiating, planning and implementing training programs. Able to lead, manage, train and administer groups of personnel. Experienced at working under pressure to reach targets. Well organised, possessing a high level of self-discipline. Russ was also Manager of Youth Training Scheme for the Midlands Recruiting Group. This included co-ordinating teams and planning activities with other departments, and carrying out quantitative research to monitor ethnic recruiting.

A trainer, lecturer, business adviser, management facilitator, chartered certified accountant, qualified independent financial adviser & holder of a Master's degree in accounting and finance. Tony's skills are employed to assist business owner/managers to identify and then produce strategies to solve their key problems using the methodology of skilled and probing questioning with regular feedback and summarising. Tony advises youngsters on financial assistance from the Princes Trust and has successfully written and presented seminars on a wide range of business topics such as business planning, selling skills, direct marketing, advertising, promotion, marketing, credit control and steps to starting a business. Part of Tony's success is attributed to being a dedicated and committed networker - the advantages of which have been passed onto and adopted by many clients.

Anny

Anny has many years management and administrative experience gained mainly in SME companies across various business sectors - manufacturing, distribution, IT and service sector. Anny is a qualified training manager with over 20 years experience in IT accounting and business software, administrative systems, management training and development and in helping organisations achieve Investors in People accreditation. She is currently completing a masters degree in Human Resource Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Coaching. She is a member of IFAL (International Foundation for Action Learning) Institute of Management; Institute of Business Advisers and Internal Communications Association. Anny has taught CLAIT for many years to groups of young people and has acted as internal mentor for students undergoing work experience. As an interim HR Manager, Anny has also been involved in team and individual counselling.

John is a senior training and HR specialist with in depth experience in Government, Local Government, Education, Pharmaceutical, Electricity, Water, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Allied Industries. Particular expertise in designing, establishing, developing and delivering complimentary management development programmes for large complex companies with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Articulate and with excellent communication skills he delivers profitable growth through innovation and customer focus. Titles include Recruitment and Selection, Strategic Marketing, Business Planning and Finance, Leadership, Motivation and Team Building. Regularly lectures on the MBA programme on Strategic Human Resources and Development at a leading UK business school.

Paul is involved in design and delivery of programmes such as Total Quality Management, Management Development and Leadership, Soft Skills, Presentation Skills and Personal Communication skills. Paul's role is to analyse corporate strategy and objectives in order to be able to create a Training and Development strategy that not only supports the organisational/business needs but also helps people develop. Paul has also been instrumental in the strategy, design and delivery of large organisational/cultural change towards a culture of continuous improvement. Involved in design, delivery, and assessment of staff demonstrating potential . Courses he has delivered for past clients included: Problem Solving Process (including workplace exercises), Tools and Techniques to encourage Teamwork, Change Management, BQF Business Excellence Model.

Catherine

Catherine is a very experienced and enthusiastic IT Trainer with excellent presentation skills and an approachable training style. She specialises in training Microsoft applications including Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project. Catherine has worked within a wide variety of industries and has studied Business, Finance, Computer Science, Sales Management and holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. It is her diverse experience and natural enthusiasm for training that enables her to relate to each delegate's specific needs. Catherine is a popular trainer also having experience of providing Help Desk Support, "Floor-Walking" and working on software roll-out programs incorporating the production of tailored training materials.
