primarily developed for use in a Classroom. If requested, Certificates can be provided
after completion of a course.

contact with clients and provide a 'help-desk' facility free of charge to answer any
queries after training has taken place.
Guarantee
We guarantee that each
delegate will achieve the Course objectives at the end of the training period as long as
they are willing to learn. If any delegate is unsatisfied after attending a course, given
the stipulations in the Course Description, a repeat course is offered.
